It is with heavy hearts to announce the sudden passing of Alexander “Jack” Wilson at his home on Monday, April 17, 2023, at the age of 68. Jack was born July 12, 1954, to parents Alexander S Wilson and Georgeliene Wilson (Greyeyes) in Prince Albert.
Jack is survived and loving remembered by his sons Shawn (Barbara) Wilson and Jared (Twyla) Wilson; 5 grandchildren; Josh, Meghan & Braxton Matychuk, Sierra & Jenaya Wilson; 6 great grandchildren; Brooklyn, Kyla, Jackson, Emma, Reese & Memphis; brother Brien (Linda) Wilson, sister Betty Wilson and many nieces, nephews and friends that were just like family. Jack was predeceased by his parents and brothers Rick and Ron.
Dad loved spending time with his family and grandkids especially “His Ladies” (Sierra, Jenaya & Brooke). He enjoyed all his bike trips over the years and was happiest when he was outdoors enjoying nature. Dad had a kind soul, huge heart, quick wit, and an infectious sense of humor. No matter where he was or who he met along the way he always made you feel welcome and at home.
Dad, we hope you’re resting easy and riding free now, you deserve it! You are missed and loved more than words can ever explain!
A celebration of Jack’s life was held on June 17, 2023, starting at 1:00 PM followed by a social just outside Saskatoon at Nostalgia Country Hall, located at 5185 Strathcona Avenue, Riverside Estates.
