It is with sadness that the family of June Gertrude McKenzie announce her passing on December 11, 2023, in Saskatoon, SK. June leaves behind to mourn her passing her husband Ken McKenzie; her children Karen (Robin) Miller, Janet (Ed) Howe, Pat (Jerry) Schunda, Scott (Pam) Currie and David (Leanne) McKenzie; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and extended family. June was predeceased by her son and daughter-in-law Jack (Gayle) Currie.
A Service of Remembrance will take place Monday, December 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Delisle United Church, 316 1st St W, Delisle SK. Interment will follow in the Delisle Cemetery with fellowship at the Delisle Senior Center.
Donations in June’s memory may be directed to the Delisle United Church (Box 98, Delisle SK S0L 0P0).

To Ken and Family, I was so sorry to hear of June's passing last week. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this challenging time. She will certainly be missed by everyone. I appreciated her willingness to help Mom after Dad passed away.

Man I have so many wonderful memories of grandma. Learning to sew, making butter, separating milk, riding horses or just hanging out crafting. All the matching dresses for Caraleigh, Kendal, Lisa and I. Going out to the garden just having a blast being at grandma's house.Grandma was there for all my figure skating and I believe she made a lot of my outfits. I was always grateful for her and Grandpa when my oldest was born and sick in Saskatoon and they opened their home to Shawn and I. I love her always and was so blessed to have her for so much of my life.
