In loving memory of Lialla Rose Raymes (nee Henderson) who passed away peacefully at her home, in Outlook, Saskatchewan, on May 18, 2024, at the age of 101.

Lialla was born in Bounty, Saskatchewan in 1923. She worked in Saskatoon at the telephone exchange where she met and married Daniel Raymes, AFC, DFC on April 6th, 1943. She and Dan lived in Ontario, Manitoba, Jamaica, Florida, and Saskatchewan. When Dan became ill in Florida, Lialla and he moved back to Outlook. On a walk one day, in the early 90’s Lialla saw the house on Tufts crescent with its spectacular view of the South Saskatchewan River. This became her home for the next 30 years. Lialla’s hobbies included playing piano, tennis, golf, and gardening.

She is survived by her children, Leslie Flanigan, Daniel Raymes, Deborah Currie, John Raymes (Anik Cote), and her niece Shereyl Raymes. She is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. Lialla is predeceased by her parents, Agnes and John Henderson, brother Colin Henderson, husband Daniel, her daughters Ronni and Paula, and her great-granddaughter Leslie Kough.
