I remember when I was just a young girl and Lloyd was like a dad to me and I started to get bigger and bigger and my mom and his girlfriend spread apart I would also always remember seeing Lloyd at the track when we went we'd get our chats say hello as what me and the whole track called him snitchle just at the end of the races and I'm pretty sure it was November we got to see Lloyd stopped in checked in right before we left and before I knew it that was our last goodbye couple days later my mom had called me out of my room and had to tell me that he was dead I bald and bald for days went through all my stuff and tried to find all the things that he had given me as a child looked myself in the mirror wishing that he was still here but when he was he was so good to me pretty sure the whole track loved him he was most known for flagging or sitting up in the Sound Station area for the announcer said I called him Uncle Lloyd but he was more like a dad to me or when I was younger we were all the track and I had a water bottle and my mom's friend was picking on me and Lloyd and Him were standing right next to each other and I threw the water bottle at my mom's friend soaked him but I also got Lloyd wet four times when I was younger where he would pick me up and flip me upside down and carry me around the house and make fun of me and take me places there's so many memories to remember but these were just my favorite ones I do love him very much though and I always will

I am so sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. As neighbour's across the field we had a lot of fun as 'kids'. Living in Conquest and having the freedom to enjoy the community and country life was a time that will always be treasured. My thoughts and prayers go out to Teresa, Joan, Brian and families.

So sorry to hear about LLoyd. He was a good man and a great taper and friend. Lots of good times playing ball with him also. Will be missed. RIP old friend. CJP
