Susan Ella Cope-Curtis passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 68.
Susan is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 47 years, Brian Curtis; her daughters, Jenny and Christine Roberts (Ryan Roberts); and her cherished granddaughters, Natalie and Isabelle Roberts. She also leaves behind her sister, Aluxandria Cope-Mikelonis (Bruce Mikelonis). Susan was predeceased by her beloved mother, Jean Cope.
A lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity, Susan explored and embraced a wide range of interests throughout her life, including gardening, archeology, animal rescue and care, meteorology, mechanics, and renovation design. Her faith in Jesus Christ and God was the foundation of her life and guided her in all she did. Susan also discovered a talent for acrylic painting, creating beautiful landscape art that will continue to be treasured. Her passion, creativity, and inspiration touched everyone who knew her and will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
In her honor, a special garden will be planted to celebrate her life and legacy.
